XML and text formatting

Hi guys and girls, I hope you can help me!

I'm creating a web app with dashcode that reads an XML file I created that contains are large amount of information. The app is meant to read somewhat like a textbook, and XML has been great for easily managing all this data. However, I need to do simple text formatting like line breaks, paragraphs etc. Is there anyway this can be done?

I haven't done this for a long time! So yes- bit of a newbie in a way.

so you need to line breaks and paragraphs into your xml?
should you define some new nodes like <lb>/</lb> and <pg></pg> then update your 'dsahcode' to display these in the context of the rest of the xml?
