I'm a HTML newbie and am having some trouble with some .xml files I've posted on my web site (
If you go to the 'sample code' section and click on any of the .xml links, you'll get the following message:

"The XML page cannot be displayed. Cannot view XML input using style sheet..."

I'm using a cascading style sheet for my site that has nothing about .xml in it. I'd like to be able click an .xml file link and see the .xml document (instead of having to right-click and choose 'save target as'.

What do I need to do to my .css file to make this work?

Thanks for the help.

Hi there,

I can't help you but I thought i'd post more of the error.
This is what i get:::

""The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

The system cannot locate the object specified. Error processing resource ' ""

In your xml document you have:

<!DOCTYPE jbosscmp-jdbc PUBLIC "-//JBoss//DTD JBOSSCMP-JDBC 3.0//EN"
"

A total guess but could this be an issue??

cian,

I'm sure you've identified the problem. I've got to track down the correct URIs for the documents.

Thanks very much for the help!

Pete
