Greetings,

I'm getting the following errors on my CS1k system that I've adopted through a retirement/promotion.

XMI001 104 1 10 EXUT
XMI002 104 1 10 EXUT

From what I've been able to find this is a card that is not responding. How do I find the card and determine if it needs to be replaced?

That card would be in superloop 104, shelf 1, slot 10. Looks to be a trunk card???

I believe I found the card and it is has MC32S on the top and NTDW65AA on it. If I print the TNs for 104 1 10 I get multiples of this:

DES MC32S
TN 104 1 10 00
TYPE VGW
CUST 0
XTRK MC32
ZONE 00002

You have a 32 port Media Gateway card. The chances are that it's no longer in use.
Depending upon the release of your system, it have have become redundant.

Thank you both. We're working on retiring the system so as long as nobody complains I'll just ignore it for now.
