XMI 101 & 102's

2 cabinet opt. 11. The expansion cabinet spits out XMI 101 errors, then immediately XMI 102's on cards 16, 18, 19 & 20. Is this a power problem? Maybe the fiber card?

XMI0101 Trying to read/write to a disabled XNET/non-XNET loop.
XMI0102 card Card slot printed is not allowed for the type of pack inserted. This is mainly for the
Option 11 DTI/PRI card which can only be used in slots 1 to 9 in the basic cabinet.
 
might get by with reseating the fiber interface card with all other cards backed out, then slide one in, software it in (ld 11 new cardmlt) then idc the one card...

i can idc all the cards now, would it be different after I reseat?
