xlm --> xsl locally?

Hello.. quick question here.
Do I need something like IIS to view an xlm file with xsl formatting? I'm trying to view the xlm file in IE locally but it doesnt show any values.

Are you trying to view an xlm file (Excel Macro file) or an xml file?

pfft I keep messing up these abbreviations. I mean XML with XSL not XLM with XLS.
Anyway I've found out why I couldn't view the XML properly. You're supposed to download and install the MSXML parser first. Thanks anyway.
