XL97 Enable Macros on file open 1

Hi,

Is there a way in excel that will automatically 'Enable Macros' when a user opens a workbook that contains macros?

If you're talking about bypassing the end-users preferences. No.

If you mean can the user set the security level to automatically enable macros. Yes.

It's been a while since I used 97, but I think it's in:
Tools-->Macro-->Security

close... Tools-->Options-->General... then remove the tick from Macro virus protection!
