XL97 c.row c.column

Hi

I have a scenario where i need to locate the row and column of a cell. It works in one workbook. When i transfer the code to another workbook, change the references the code doesn't work. Is there something that might disable the c.row c.column ?? Or am i missing something else??
I am not talking about disabling macros when opening the file either....

Having investigated my issue further this is not the problem..
