XL 2007 - Another Chart Question

In Excel 2003 when I plot a chart, I can cycle through all the elements of the chart through arrow keys on the keyboard.

Why doesn't that work in 2007? Am I doing something wrong? Have I lost that many brain cells?

I would really appreciate any answers from the many maestros there are now on this forum. Hopefully about Excel and not about my faculties.

I have Excel 2007. I just tried cycling through the components of the graph by using the arrow keys, and it works. I'll bet that's not what you wanted to hear...sorry.
Here's my "about": 12.0.6324.5001 SP1 MSO (12.0.6320.5000)

It just occurred to me, I don't know if these even exist, but your purchasing agent wouldn't happened to have purchased some kind of limited feature license?

And wrong again.

It works on another install. So, something wrong with the installs I am working with.
