Hello: I recently migrated a bunch of crystal reports from XIR1 to XIR2. Users are complaining that when they are in Crystal Reports (the client) and have Repository Explorer open, logged into the repository, find a report in Enterprise Items, right click on the crystal report, and select Manage Object that they are not being put into the Properties tab of the report in the CMC. This is the way it is in XIR1.
Instead, they are getting Action Cancelled or Page Not Found screen. It's like they don't have the rights or something.
Any ideas? I find nothing on internet or SAP support site, which by the way, SAP support site really sucks.
