regard to thread940-1654940, Do you advise me to use xima instead of CCR of selling to customers??

CCR has been binned off by Avaya now, it isn't even supported/will not work on 9.1.
Xima is by far the best option despite my wallboard reservations, CCR's replacement is shaping up to be worse to work with than CCR....and that's saying something :)

Apart from the fact that Xima Chronicall is an outstanding product compared to CCR, they even got a damn good support team backing you up.

Kind regards

Gunnar

I'll agree with the others. I only have a few IPO/Xima installs but we have several Shoretel/Xima's installed and it works well, it's easy to setup and the support team there is easy to work with. I've installed CCR once and I'll look for a new job before I do that again. It worked ok up till the customer wanted to upgrade and then it took 2 months with Avaya engineers to get it back up and the old data pulled back in.
