The problem is when you go to look for recordings, the play icon is greyed out.
The recording rule has kicked in but Chronicall cannot find the recording. Some record, some don't.
Xima have looked at all of them and not flagged up any config mistakes we have made. I have even asked the question, are we doing something wrong?
They often say network/communication problems, but at the same time reccomend we change to using a port mirror.
Had an issue much like this. The problem turned out to be a carrier issue. They said they were NI2 and they were locally, but upstream the were set as 5ESS. Everything n my brain said it shouldn't work period, but it worked, yet wouldn't record the calls the majority of the time. After multiple vendor meets, they finally changed the upstream settings and the recordings started working. No idea if this is the same thing you're seeing, but it sound's like the issue we experienced.
