Xima 3.6.3 came out yesterday, and they asked me to update for a couple of issues I have. It requires a non-openjdk version of Java, so they uninstalled the baked in 1.7.0 java, which broke several services, including onexportal, on my Avaya linux virtual machine.

When using the web console to try to reinstall onex, it says the rpm is corrupt, please re-download.

So, using yum to try to install, it says there are no mirrors.

Of course I can't download a new rpm without an Avaya SSO.

Anyone have a suggestion while I'm waiting on a call from my Avaya tech?

Get a a Centos repo and put it on the server (/etc/yum.repos.d)
Then reboot and then you can do the yum part.
When you are done then remove the centos repo as some upates (don't run yum update) can break stuff.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
