XI exam info was released on April 4th.

Crystal Reports® Certified Professional (CRCP) and BusinessObjects™ Enterprise Certified Professional (BECP) Exam info is on the PEARSON VUE site...

There are a couple of PDFs you can download and some changes to the format (number of test, etc).

Hopefully the quality of the exams has improved too...

Is it true that only BO partners can get accredited with CRCP and customers with CRCP v10?

Many Thanks

Shin

sorry I meant to say do BO partners are the only ones who get CRCP xi accrediton?

My understanding is that if you are not a Partner - even if you have your CRCP-10, you need to start all over for CRCP-XI certification.

BO Partner's are able to take a single "new functions" exam in order to migrate their certification forward to XI.

MJRBIM is correct.

I just took the partners New Features exam (which has 25 questions) to recertify in XI. Pass mark for that one is 75%. I'm sure the XI full certification will follow the same path as the v10, but still, I would fight for the right to do just the single re-cert exam if I were you! It's not fair to have to 're-do' every exam (although the price of the recertification exam was the same as the 3 separate exams put together!).

If you can't persuade them to change their procedures, I'm sure some of the same questions would be in one of the 3 exams, so here is some hints:

* Really know about the new parameter/prompt stuff. List of Values (including the List of Values Server) comes up a lot.
* Know about the new HierarchyLevel function and where you can use that to indent one column in hierarchical grouping (instead of all of them).
* Know about the New editable RTF export and Save Export Options
* Know about the Workbench, Dependency checker and repository explorer
* Know about Parameterized Top N
* Know a little about the new drag-and-drop cross tabs
* The Dynamic Graphic Location option may get a mention
* Also know about the Patch Update service (which is not much)
*

Hope this helps in your endeavours :)
