I have an XFX Geforce with TV Out. The TV Out connection on the video card is an S-Video link, but my TV does not have an S-Video connection, just composites.

I have a couple of questions:
1) How do i connect an S-Video connector to a composite connector.
2) How do i configure windows to use the TV.

Unfortunately the manual for the video card does not cover either of these topics.

Most Nvida Geforce Video cards with TV-Outs come with a special Y cable, since the Svideo that comes out of the card is usually not the same type as the one that goes into a TV.

This Y cable at leats in my Nvida Geforce 4 has an Svideo connector and a Standard RCA video connector. on one sie and the Nvidia SVideo on the other. If you don;t have one, you can contact Nvidia amd usually they will send one for free.

Once you do have the cable, plug it in hook uo ther T.V. and the PC. and Go into Display Properties, Settings, Nvidia, there you shoud see a tab for Nview Display, thats the applet that configures the dual monitor capabilities.

Hope this helps.
