Hi there, I have a Nortel T7316 system. I would like visual voicemail so I subscribed to Youmail. I have created a CCR xfer node which transfers the calls left on voicemail to a separate phone service on the cloud, called Youmail. Youmail transcribes the voicemail beautifully to text and lists them in an INBOX. There are many features to respond to the caller on Youmail through the app if the original caller's ID/phone number is known. However, the caller ID is not preserved in the Youmail app, and instead the caller ID of my office number appears since this is where it was originally forwarded from. Is there anyway to have the original caller's user ID appear after it's been forwarded to this 3rd party phone service through an xfer node on the system?

Does this switch have anything to do with addressing the problem?: Extl VMsg set N (should be set to Y?)

Thank you for your help in the matter.
