We have several Xerox WorkCentre Pro 75 machines and an X-Pert Billing system. All Windows 2000 desktop and laptop computers print through a Windows 2000 print server, and the G5 Macintosh OS X computers are set up to connect directly to the Xerox through TCP/IP. X-Pert Billing is supposed to prompt every user for a user ID and account ID (cost center) for every print job to charge to the appropriate account. Somehow, it only prompts the Windows desktop computers, and totally ignores the laptops and the Macs - laptop and Mac users don't have to pay for their print jobs. We've checked the settings and drivers but can't figure out the problem, yet. Any suggestion is very much appreciated. Thank you.
