Has anyone set up Citrix printing to a Xerox Workcentre Pro 412 printer? We have a dedicated print server (a Windows 2003 Advanced Server cluster) on which I have set up a print share (available to Everyone via standard TCP/IP port) to make this printer accessible to our Citrix farm. When users try to print from a Citrix session with this printer as their default printer, they get a series of fatal error messages when the print dialog appears, and are unable to print. I tried running the Xerox setup to install the driver on the Citrix servers, but that didn't seem to help.

If anyone has experience making this one work, I'd sure appreciate a tip! I tried searching for this on the forum, but the search feature seems to be down for now. So if someone already addressed this - my apologies.

One of my customer has the same printer and I had a hell of a time getting it to work in TS. My situation was different than yours (mines is on a W2k and in TS) but this printer (or the xerox print server adaptor to convert parallel to network) doesn't seem too friendly in a network environment ! Good luck.

I think we may have found at least a temporary solution. I read somewhere that this printer does PCL emulation, so I set up the print share to use the HP 4000 series PCL6 driver. The folks onsite report that it seems to be working, at least with our application.
