We just received our brand new Workcentre Pro 3545 which replaced our aging WCP32. We had it delivered to a far away place and upon initial setup, when the machine boots the dots across the top of the LCD screen stop about 4/5 the way across the top, and the machine does nothing further. have double-checked the physical connections and all looks sound.
I was wondering if someone knows if there is a diagnostic mode I can get into from cold boot that will allow me to identify the issue in hopes I don't have to ship the *entire* machine back to the vendor ($$$) It is still under warranty, but Xerox will not pay shipping
