Has anyone had any problems with a 5225 system that intermittently stops responding? I've had to restart the printer, restart the spooler and uninstall and reinstall the printer on the user's machine about 8 times in the last 2 weeks. We started out using the post script driver then switched the to the pcl driver. i can ping the network address for extended periods with no dropped requests. its installed on a win2k printer server and shared out to users that way. any suggestions? i've had xerox out here 3 times with no luck so far.
