Xerox Workcenter M123 SP2 problem

I been googleing my butt off and searched through entire forum and got close with the M940 thread, but my problem is still there.

My Problem:
My office just bought a Xerox Workcenter M123. It works great as a copier but not as a printer. That is if the computer you're trying to print from has SP2. The computers in my office that do not have SP2 can print to it fine, but the computers that have SP2 cannot print to the M123. If you uninstall SP2 from said computer it will then print fine to the M123. From other posts I've read I think that there is a problem with the driver, and from what I understand from these posts, Xerox won't do anything about it. An easy solution would be to uninstall SP2 on all the computers. Some people (including my boss) "Don't think that we should have to do that to get this printer to work." I'm stuck.
