We have a Xerox Work Center Pro 2128. We run software from some workstations using the 2003 Small Business Server. DESPITE the settings on the printers BOTH on the workstation AND the server setting banner sheet to OFF in both advanced settings and advanced default settings....if I print from a workstation I get a banner sheet that says REMOTE USER....HELP!

Sounds like it shouldn't print a banner sheet but you can turn the banner sheet off from the machine user interface.
1)At the copier press the Logon or AccessA button
2)Enter password (default= 1111)
3)Choose Tools Pathway
4)System Settings
5)More (for 2nd page)
6)Job Sheet
7)Disable banner page

I have seen this several times. If you port configuration is set to 9100, change to lpr. You will have to add the default queue name for the port. Xerox usually uses lowercase lp. You can look it up in the model documentation if that is not correct. Makes no sense, but this will stop it.
