Xerox / Tektronix 8200 Printer - Error 15.004.45:12321

Looking for any help in determining what this error code is?

This is a drum thermal error, meaning the drum is not heating as it should. Most likely the drum heater assy itself has failed, more specifically the bulbs in the assy have burned out. Another culprit could be the drum temp sensor could be dirty or faulty or the I/O board it plugs into.

check past posts -this error code was explained in the past.you can buy the bulbs at home depot.changing them takes some knowledge and courage the first couple of times.
