Xerox Photocopier not working...

All,

When we try to print from one machine, it keeps coming up with some error about not having the correct access code...
To solve this, our IT manager has decided to upgrade the machine to XP (It is Win 95 at the moment), but that doesn't change the fact that up until a few days ago, the machine has printed to this printer for years.
Anyone know what's up?

Does it give you the option to enter a code.

Uninstall the driver and reinstall when reinstalling it should ask for an access code enter 1111 and you should be right failing that use a web browser to enter in the IP address then go into settings and then properties then services log in as admin after pushing update enter 1111 to update see how you go
