I have a client with 2 Xerox Phaser 860DX printers. They work fine except when printing a ".dot" file from word 2003. These templates work fine when printed from word 2000. The problem being that it is a fax cover page with company logo in the top right corner (Approx 3" x 1"
. When printed from 2003 it shrinks the image so that the image is only a third of the height but duplicates it several times to fill in the original image size. I feel that this is likely to be a driver issue. BTW this template from word 2003 printed to a different brand of printer is fine. I have the latest drivers installed and no other problems exist. Any ideas?
