Xerox Phaser 8500 08,009.43 Error messege.

Hello,

I have a problem with a Xerox Phaser 8500 that is giving the following error:

08,009.43 - I've tried to look this up but haven't had much luck finding info so far. Has anyone got a solution or any idea what the fault is pointing too?

I'm sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, I have had a look on a couple of pages, but the search function is down!

The media path clutch is going bad. Also, check the P/U roller for wear, and Re-install the cable for the clutch.
