we had problems re-installing the left ribbon cable.
however before we removed the printhead to clean the crayon marks off, we were able to generate a few test pages, with black not showing well.
above error code is now on display.
this problem has been discussed in previous posts in 2008. We are receiving more older Xerox printers to be serviced.
Customer loves this printer for its quality print.
