XEROX PHASER 8200 PRINTING PINK AND BLACK WITH STREAKS NO COLOR

Have a xeror phase 8200 when I print the diagnosing print-quality problem page it prints in pink,gray and black no color.also when I print the RGB COLOR SAMPLER same thing

Sounds like you have either non xerox or third party ink has been used and has wiped out the printhead. If that is the case then you maybe able to get the ink manufacturer to replace the head. Another problem I encountered was a customer had used the printer for mostly if not all B&W printing, this caused the ink to cook to such a degree that it turned into jello inside the head thus destroying it. If the ink sits in the head without being used it will cook and change the color.
