I have a Xerox Phaser 7750, have owned and been using it for years. This morning, it stopped working while displaying an Error 20 IDE call service message at the start up point. Turning off and on, unplugging cables, etc. did not help. I have tested the motors and both are showing contact. I ordered a new Transfer Roller in hopes that replacing that might help...but it's not here yet and I'm a little worried it won't fix the problem. I can only get into the panel by holding down the two buttons that get you into the Service Maintenance panel...that's how I was able to test the motors for contact. If anyone has any ideas on what to try, I'd be grateful.
