Hi
I have a Phaser 6360, which has told me that the imaging unit is eol, thus stopping the printer working.
Does anyone know if Xerox pull the same con-trick as Epson in these matters? The Epson scam makes a fuse blow in the C1900 when the transfer roller has done a number of rotations (About 4500 copies). This tells you to buy a new one, when there really is nothing wrong with the old one. Soldering a bit of fine wire solves the problem. Is there a similar fix with Xerox parts? There seems nothing wrong with the imaging unit, it just looks like an "Epson fiddle".
