Hey, we have a Xerox Phaser 6300 at our office, and we've tried so many things. We've replaced the imaging unit as well as the toner, and none seem to stop our recurring problem: first the magenta ink would bleed all over the paper, then that stopped after replacing a few things. A day or two later the yellow ink started and it seems to be worse than ever. Here is my simple question:

How can we stop the yellow ink from bleeding?

Thanks so much for your help, greatly appreciated!

You may have gotten your answer by now, but replacing the developers would be the first thing. However, the augers may not be working right, not removing used toner from the developer assy. Pull it out, and look into the four channels for blockage. Go into diagnostics and run the tests for them.
