Xerox Phaser 6200 Transfer Roller

I have a Xerox Tektronix Phaser 6200. The printer was turned on one morning and the LCD said to replace the transfer roller. I replaced the transfer roller with a new one, but the message will not go away and the printer will not go any further. I cleaned the sensor beneath the transfer roller. I also looked on the new transfer roller to see if the window looked correct. It did. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I assume you have cycled power? Try cleaning the CTD (ADC) sensor and toner full sensor.

I have cycled power, numerous times, I cleaned the ctd sensor. Where is the toner full sensor?

Ok, I found the toner full sensor, took it out, cleaned it with just water, put it back in. LCD still stating to replace transfer roller. Should I get new sensors or is there something else I can check? Thanks
