Xerox N2025 on Windows 2003

We are replacing an old Windows 2000 server with a new Windows 2003 server. This is our print server. I set up the print queues for our Xerox N2025 printers. When I try to print a test page it just hangs in the queue and finally errors out. I downloaded the latest drivers from Xerox (they don't explicitly say it supports 2003). These same queues, set up the same way, work on the 2000 box.
