We have setup the Xerox m123 printer to printer from XP sp2 operating systems as well as WIN98. We can setup all of the trays including the manual feed tray 5 to print fine. The problem is that we can't print envelopes from any tray. We normally setup manual feed tray 5 to print envelope #10 from wordperfect 11. We keep getting the error 024-747. Xerox does not list this in there error list page as a valid error. I would appreciate any help thats floating around out there.
