I have a Xerox Fiery XJ with a Xerox 5765 connected to it. I am trying to set the XJ up on a network. I have download PDFs and drivers and believe I have everything configured correctly and the network connection is good. I can not print to the server the printer without getting a error. I have tried to install the server/printer combo on Windows XP system but I only ger errors when printing to it. I do not have another PC with another OS. Is there anything that anyone can suggest or does someone have one of server/printer combos on a network?
Thank you for the help.

2 ways to set up.

1: Make shore the fiery has Direct, Print, Hold Queues on and then look up the fiery on the network and pick the queue you want to use and when it asks you for the driver load the latest form xerox.com.

2: Install the driver using LPR port not Standard TCP/IP port and for the port name (under the IP address) use xjdirect (to print straight through) or xjprint to use the fiery queue or xjhold if use wish to print to the fiery and hold it in the queue to review using workstation software from your PC before printing it.
