Xerox DP4180 - printing postscripts from DOC1

We currently use DOC1 as or billing generation software. Recently we had to make some modifications to our billing image, some of them included importing fonts (.TTF format).

We have no problems printing the new desing on HP printers; however our printing partner, using Xerox DP4180, is unable to print the poscripts due to a Font definition error.

At the moment we (partner, vendor and us) have no idea how to fix this error.

We have tried to load the fonts into the printer, and define the fonts in DOC1 with no succes yet (Our design was made on a windows platform).

We might be having some mistakes on where to define the Fonts in DOC1, but we´re not sure what the problem is and are running out of ideas.

I hope someone can help us with this issue.
