Xerox Docuprint M750 Problem

Hi,

I have the above printer and have started to have a few problems with it, It is basically telling me that the ink cartridges are not seated correctly (from the printer control panel) and to try removing them and re seating them. I have done this many times, including each ink cartridge and the thing they are seated on, restarted the printer / my pc but it still does not want to play!

Anyone else seen this before, or have any tips to share?

Check the ink cartridges - if the piano key stickers are damaged you get errors. You could also try cleaning the print heads, sometimes it's just clogged jets.
