Xerox Docucolor 3535 color Calibration

Hi,

I am having color calibration problems with this model and it seems that Xerox is not that knowledgeable.

I am using adobe suite (illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
Most of my problems are from the indesign.

Does anyone know of a tool or a way to sync these two??
