In a remote location we have the mentioned in the title printer, configured as network printer. We use it to print from Unix and Windows. There is no problem when printing from Windows, but prints from Unix are black&white. The Unix is HP-UX B.11.11 U 9000/800. I am printing PCL files. I tried to print the same files to some other printers and everything is OK. Output is in color. I suspect printer configuration. Do you have any ideas which parameters should I check and investigate? The problem is that I don't have direct access to the machine. I have to call to the distant location where printer works and ask for help anytime I want to do anything with the printer.
