Xerox DC 230 PS2 and Citrix problems!!!

Hi there hope someone can help me with this one. I have a Xerox DC 230 ps2 all in one machine that running on Metaframes XP with Platform NT4 terminal server with service pack 6 installed.
Now my problem is that I have no problem to print a document from a client when I am logged in as Administrator but as a local user it just would not work. I have tried all kinds of Xerox approved drivers but none of them seemed to work, I hope someone can help with this one......

Check the permissions on the spool directory, we have a couple of Xerox printers on our farm that are being connected through our WAN by a remote office. We had the same problem and contacted Citrix who supplied the above answer.
