Customer made a copy of a check and the IBT BELT FILM came off the machine.
Went ahead and order new IBT BELT (image transfer belt)
I installed the new belt.only the belt,So I put the IBT UNIT into the copier and power on. machine come up on display ready to copy no problems.
then I make a copy from ADF and a massage come up
MACHINE IS NOT AVAILABLE so then I GO TO THE MACHINE ERROR LOG AND FOUND TWO ERRORS
04.562.00 transfer belt home error
04.346.00 transfer belt home error
