I have a Xerox 8830 DDS w/ the 7356 Scanner unit attached. A user has just notified me that when she uses the DRT tool to retrieve documents, there are no documents available. There are 2 problems here:
1. I don't know where the documents are stored or how to get to them administratively
2. I don't have the admin password to the 8830 ... defaults 1111, 11111, 2222, and 22222 do not work.
I've installed the DRT software on my system to see if I can view any documents and there are no docs listed when I connect either.
Can anyone help me with understanding / finding the scan config on this unit?
