I'm working with a setup that includes a Xerox 8825 wide format with a 7346 scanner. For some unknown reason, the 7346 scanner lost it's config and now I need to try to get it setup as it was. I can get things to work, but the users are accustomed to a particular interface. Previously, when the mode button was pressed (to switch between copy and scan) the user was prompted for a Directory when the scan mode was selected. As I understand it, the Directory is just the account. The account is used to store the scans in a special folder for the user to retrieve with AccXes Tools, and it's just a number (eg. 123.45). The only way that I can get it to work is to prompt the user for the account from the main menu (after hitting the exit button several times).
