I have a Xerox 860 that will NOT warm up. No error messages appear. It will do the normal % based warm up then it will just say "warming up" endlessly. Without printing anything. I took off the sides and the print drum slowly spins the entire time it "warms up".

Any suggestions?

Ok now it's saying error 15.004.45
What's the easiest and cheapest way to fix this? If someone can point me to a good guide to disassemble this printer I'm sure I could replace the bulbs if that's all it is.

That is a paper/drum heater error. It needs to be replaced. As far as a manual, try xerox's website. The heater is pretty easy to install. Sorry I couldnt be more helpful.
