Optional hard drive is 20% full which is preventing further scans. Printer is on network and can be printed to but it has some issues. When installing drivers / software the print driver installed but the scan driver will not. Message is that it cannot find any scanners on the network even if you type in the IP of the device. Was able to access the scanner using the web browser for some time but not any longer. Hard drive reports being 20% full and will not scan any further images due to "full memory" message. Using the web browser interface to delete images or delete folders does not change status. Documentation says that you can go to the printer and under "Scan to:" you can find a clear folders selection, but this also does not exist. Printer finds Public Folders under the "Scan To:" selection but selecting Public Folders does not bring any other selection up just brings back to main menu. Options for deleting anything over 24 hrs old does not change status (20% full) of hard drive. Has anyone had a similar experience or does anyone know if there is a particular firmware upgrade to get the "clear folders" option? Printer is out of warranty. TIA
