Xerox 8400 Paper Jam - Very Major - every page...

This printer has started to paper jam on every page...

I can not get the printer to start up fully, as it requires a cleaning sheet, and it jams when feeding the sheet.

I have started the printer up in diagnostic mode, and I can get it to feed a page, under it's paper path tests

Also in diagnostic mode, all paper sensors are working, as I have checked them...

but starting up as normal - paper jam every time... top of paper is just touching the drum, At the 'transfer' roller (the large 'soft' black one) and the bottom is scrunched up...

And the paper path is clear - I removed parts and cleaned the paper path...

Any Ideas ???

Sounds like the transfix roller could be the problem , but if the paper path test works, thats not it.
The Preheater deskew assy. may not be working.
Any error code at all? Can be accessed in control panel.
Try start-up without any paper in tray. Could be the process drive is out of sync. Have a manual?
