XEROX 8400 FAULTS

I have three 8400's that have problems. We worked around the problems by moving up a printer each time. We are now down to the last printer running so we need to solve these faults

1. 8400DP - this will not print out a page now. Any paper that we use only feeds out 50% with the image being left on the drum as the page is partly left around it. The page count is 55340.

2. 8400N - this shows the error 13,579.42:250299. We have not been using this printer for ages, when it stopped about 7 months ago we did not look into it as two others were working.

3. 8400N - this powers up fime but no ink is being melted. This one has not been used for 12mts ish as we used the ones above.

Please help or guide us.

8400DP: The maintenence lift plate is probably cracked.
It does not lift the maint. roller to clean the drum. Plus the preheater may be out too.
2nd unit: Ink heaters are faulty. Replace ink loader module.
Ditto #3: This could also be the I\O board for the heater.
