Xerox 8400 error code 37,016,43

I have a Xerox 8400 that shows an error code 37,016,43 on startup. Elsewhere I found mention of a Service Bulletin SB636. Does anyone have this? Also I have the service manual and the first troubleshooting step says "1.Measure the 50 V power supply output. The test point is located on the power control board below the main board RAM DIMMs." I found TP840. TP841 & TP842 below and to the left of the RAM. Which one is the correct one? I believe it is 50 VDC, but I'm unsure. Does the check go from the test point to ground or what? Any help would be appreciated.
