Xerox 790 / docucolor 2005

Hi,

Really need some help. I have a Xerox 790 with error code 009-358. I have found that the error means the BTR 2 cam sensor does not detect the cam in the home position. Please can someone explain what this means and what is required to resolve this.

Any help would be much appreciated
