xerox 7760 printing both side

hi, i just got a xerox phaser 7760 and im trying to do my own photobook using the software "My photo creation" free trial and when i print both side of page in landscape, always print one side normal (face up) and the other side face down, im printing in 11x8.5 it is good photo book landscape if i open my book from down to up but i want to open my book landscape from right to left like normal books I waste a lot paper trying to fix that but i coulndt, i called the software company and they said, the problem is in ur setting machine and that problem happen all the time with some printer, i test with PDF files and print perfect " both side up - back and front. If someone had the same problem before, please i need help. maybe something im doing wrong...

PD: i tried with other softwate "My photo book" unibind edition and the same problem. i dont know what to do ..

Maybe you could use the auto duplex feature, depending if that paper is supported for duplex.

well i use duplex paper.. when i print PDF files i dont have problem printing both side head up front and back of the paper... now im thinking maybe the problem could be the photobook software, but thats so weird because i try with 2 softwares... my xerox print both side pretty good the problem is only when i use the photobook software print one side of the page ok and the back side like the photo turn around 180...

the only solution that i found was pay for the software and export the file to pdf. thx all for help

We've had the same problems w/ that software - it's frustrating, and used up a lot of paper and toner! Best solution I found was pdf995.com - bought the program and installed it, then just printed the photo book to pdf995. It came out as a pdf, which was able to print just fine on our 7760.
