Xerox 7700 Paper Jams Duplexing at fuser entry

Our 7700 printer is jamming just as the paper is about to enter the fuser on the second pass of duplex printing. It never jams on the first side or if you print on one side only. The jams are nearly every sheet that attempts to duplex, occasionally one or two sheets are successful. This jam is when we are printing A3 duplexing.

Thanks to anyone who can advise.
